of the  President of Municipalityof Palilula - Nis

To all Palilula residents,
our associates, business partners and donors,
I wish good health, success and happiness in life in 2014.
I expect to see the New Year to be happier and more successful than all of the past years.
We are a development- oriented urban municipality of the City of Nis, which is building a new, realistic vision of development, to a better and more meaningful quality of life of our residents. After all, the remarkable work of the municipal authority and the municipality of Palilula - implementation of the quality standards in the work of municipal administration, creation of conditions for the project by providing the necessary resources to improve the quality of life for all categories of the population of the municipality, stimulating interest and support for youth organizing; affirmation of the entrepreneurship and the creation of conditions for new employment; achieved regional cooperation - especially with the cities and municipalities in Bulgaria, savings, responsibility, the fight against crime and corruption were major activities involving our management in Palilula in this 2013.

We have defined our vision of development within the Action Plan of the municipality of Palilula,
which reads: "The municipality of Palilula, economically developed community, integrated into the global mainstream, attractive for living and working, which is characterized by flexible labor markets, competitive human resources and rich cultural identity.« I am sure that the Municipality of Palilula-Nis, on the basis of evident results, will successfully ensure its development and a clear place within the Development and the annual budget of the City of Nis in cooperation with the City in 2014.
